NEWSLETTER:
A new PTA Newsletter comes out about every two months.  Check back occasionally to keep updated on the latest PTA and school news.

MEETINGS:
The Executive Board meets the 1st Wednesday of the month at 7 pm in the school library. All parents are welcome to come and visit a meeting. You do not have to be a PTA member to visit. At the meeting, we hear from the principal or the assistant principal and also discuss PTA business. We look forward to seeing you.

WHAT PTA DOES FOR RAMONA:
PTA helps with a variety of things at Ramona. We provide all students with an agenda to keep track of all their assignments. We create the school newsletter to help keep parents informed. We provide help during registration, and we organize the 8th grade party. We coordinate the Reflections program, where students can share their artistic/creative abilities. We work with the administration, to find out what other needs PTA can help with each year, either monetarily or with volunteer time.

MEMBERSHIP:
You can become a PTA member anytime during the year. Your membership dues help Ramona PTA as well as the California PTA and the National PTA. Membership is $6 and you can pick up a form in the school office.

FUNDRAISING:
We have a year-round fundraiser using eScrip. If you are a Vons shopper, you can fill out a short form and Ramona will receive a donation every time you shop. It only takes a few minutes and the school will receive money all year long. eScrip forms are available in the school office.
