1. How far back can you trace your ancestors?

About 10,000 years

2. What do you think about the Mono and Owens Dry Lake problems?

I think they are improving and doing a good job

3. Do you have a Native American name?

No

4. Is your background pure Paiute?

Yes, Kutzadika

5. Do you still practice the Paiute rituals?

Yes (plant gatherings, meetings, etc.)

6. What occupation do you have?

Artist

7. Are there many people of Paiute background community?

Yes, about 20,000 people

8.Are any of your politicians Paiute?

In Mono County, no but in Inyo County there is a supervisor who is of Paiute background.

9. Are there any respected people in your community besides the politicians who are Paiutes?

Yes, there are teachers

10. Can you speak the traditional Paiute language?

Yes, there are many different dialects in the county
